29th July 2020 was International Tiger Day.  Organised by WWF, it is an awareness day to invite everyone to get to know this species of cat.  Did you know that wild tiger populations have declined by 95% since the beginning of the 20th century?

There were four ways to get involved – Learn and explore; get creative; order a WWF badge; adopt a tiger.  Much as we love animal visits, we thought having a tiger roam through our care home might be a bit much.  So we chose to get creative!  Here are some photos of the tiger masks we made and some of our residents wearing them.
