On Saturday we had a concert by Music in Hospitals, funded by Everest. The Hamis Birchall Jazz trio played for us. The first few tracks were classic jazz songs, then we had a sing-along, Bye Bye Blackbird, Daisy Daisy, Maybe It’s Because I’m A Londoner.  The concert was held in our conservatory & everybody thoroughly enjoyed it!

On Sunday we had an outing lunch at St. Andrew’s Church hall. There were around 40-45 people, we had a nice lunch (salmon, cold meats, salads, black forest gateau, cheese cake, strawberry, tea and coffee). There was a raffle, sing-along and Malcolm George who comes every week to play on the piano played there as well during the whole event.
